Vintage, possibly antique 9k gold keepers ring. These rings were traditionally worn to secure a more valuable ring on one's finger, or could also be worn as a betrothal ring. They were most popular during the Georgian and Victorian eras.
There is some minor patina, consistent with the ring's age. The ring is a US size 7.25. It is fully hallmarked on the inner band and is solid 9k gold.
